Michael is a multifaceted “roll up your sleeves” executive with over 20 years’ experience helping companies transform their ideas into reality by enabling change, achieving results, and sustaining outcomes. Proven success in project and program management, process management, professional services management and delivery, business strategy development, business performance management, business process redesign and solution engineering, IT strategy, operational infrastructure, product/solution development, financial planning and analysis. He is an effective team-builder and leader in developing innovative solutions combining cross-functional experience and broad-based technical knowledge for optimal results. He has a proven ability to achieve performance targets and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Michael started his career in sales and marketing at AT&T and held a number of positions in various functional areas to include billing operations, finance, and new product development and marketing operations. After leaving AT&T, he started a new career in professional services and consulting with Accenture and then several boutique firms leading strategic initiatives and improving processes in a variety of industries. After gaining much experience, Michael started his own consulting company focusing on business transformations. Furthermore, he is an entrepreneur who started a company in the healthcare industry as a result of a family experience and later sold it to focus one-hundred percent on project and process management consulting which is his main passion.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, an advanced professional certification in Training and Organizational Development, as well as a Masters certificate in Six Sigma methodologies. In addition, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CLSSMBB), and a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.
